Binance to suspend stock trading service on Aug. 8 for planned system upgrade

Binance said its stock trading service will be temporarily unavailable on Aug. 8, 2026, as it carries out a planned system upgrade tied to its partner broker program. According to the exchange’s official notice, users will not be able to submit stock trading orders during the maintenance window, which is scheduled from 18:50 to 22:00 Beijing time. Binance said the work has been arranged outside regular U.S. stock market trading hours. The outage is expected to stay within that time range, though the upgrade could finish earlier or run longer if extra work is required. Once the upgrade is completed, stock trading service will resume automatically. Binance advised users to plan their trading activity around the scheduled maintenance period.
